SERVICE ANIMALS REQUIRE PROPER CERTIFICATION PAPERS TO SHOW AT CHECK IN.   (A minimum of $300 will be charged for additional cleaning or damage repair.)
We are a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is permitted ONLY outside.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. — Check-out time is 11 a.m.

$10.00 charge for Check in BEFORE 2 PM    or AFTER 10 PM

Prices are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult $5.00 extra.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED.

Pricing for 3-bedroom apartment is for 5 adults.

There is a 2 night minimum rental requirement for the Apartment.

Occupancy Maximums:
2 Adults in Jacuzzi Rooms
2 Adults in Queen Rooms
4 Adults in Double Queen Rooms
2 Adults in King Rooms
5 Adults in 3-Bedroom Apartment

(Children  12 and under are free—13 yrs and up $5.00 per night.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:
For regular reservations, we require 1 week notice of cancellation.

 Event or Holiday weekends, we require 2 weeks  notice of cancellation.

For large groups (with booking discounts), we require 3-week notice of cancellation.

Full amount (per room reservation) will be charged if no cancellation notice is received.

King and Queen Rooms

All of our rooms have comfy queen or king beds and  flat-screen TV’s.

Specialty room decor options: Nautical, Fishing, North Woods, Pilots Lounge, Celebrity, Camping, Garden, Route 66, Southwest or Basic.
Whether you prefer a specialty room decor, or a basic room, all our rooms have a great view of Beaver Lake!
