POINTE WEST POLICIES

(When making a reservation you agree to the following policies. Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees or we may ask you to leave in some instances) We know that many of you have enjoyed visiting this property for years.  The property changed ownership August of 2025.  As we step into this new chapter, our goal is to preserve the welcoming spirit of Pointe West while also moving the property forward in ways that ensure its longevity, safety and enjoyment for all.  To do this we have introduced updated policies and procedures.  We undestand change can be difficult at first, especially when traditions run deep.  We want you to know we have made these changes with the best interests of the property and all of our guests in mind. 

  • A Valid ID is required to be presented for each adult over 18 years old and a copy will be kept on file.
  • A valid credit/debit card must be on file when booking and thru-out your stay.  You may pay cash at time of checking in – but a card must still be on file- no prepaid debit cards
  • No one under 21 years old may rent a room at any time.
  • Our rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional guests are welcome if we are notified prior to checking in and a fee of $15 per day/per guest is paid in addition to original room rate.  No more than 2 people in our king or queen rooms and no more than 4 people in double queen rooms.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged to the credit card on file, for any reservations of more than 1 room, made by the same responsible party.  This deposit is charged to the credit card within 3 days prior to arrival dates of the original reservation.  Any changes to the bookings needs to have approval by managment- please call 479.244-7687. 
  • We charge a one time cleaning fee of $25 per stay.  (beginning 1/1/26) We are happy to freshen your room with the payment of an additional cleaning fee. Fresh towel service is provided at a fee of $10 each time service is provided. (beginning 8/15/25)
  • Well mannered, healthy PETS are allowed as long as they are current on their vaccinations.  Please bring proof of current vaccinations to show at check-in.  The pet fee is $25 per pet/per day.  No more than 2 pets without prior approval.  Dogs or small, caged pets such a rabbit are allowed.  NO CATS at any time.  Please bring a kennel for your pet to assure they are not loose in your room when you are not present.  PETS MUST BE ARRANGED FOR PRIOR TO YOUR STAY!  If not, we may not be able to accomodate your request as we have limited pet friendly rooms. We will charge a $250 fee for bringing a pet without prior authorization.
  • Minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 21 at all times.  No one under the age of 18 may stay in a room overnight without a responsible adult present.
  • PARKING is provided for one (1) vehicle ONLY.  Please call ahead if you require additional spaces and we will do our best to accomodate but cannot guarantee this.  (beginning 1/1/26)
  • TRAILERS/BOAT Parking is available but limited.  You MUST call ahead to reserve a space.  At no time shall trailers be parked as to take up more than the alloted one parking space.  (beginning 1/1/26)
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. — Check-out time is 11 a.m. Arrangements can be made by calling ahead for early check-in/late check in.  We are always happy to accomodate an early check-in request as long as the room is ready for arrival and we are notified ahead of time.
  • Only registered guests with valid ID will be given a key to the room at check-in.
  • Cancellations may be made prior to 72 hours to your stay without incurring a charge.  NO shows will be charged in full and subject to being blocked from renting a room with us in the future.  Please call or text us at 470.244.7687 to make changes to your reservation.  If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation or booking…something may be wrong with processing the request so a call is advised.
  • GROUP reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at time of booking. Please call or text us at 479.244.7687 to make group arrangements.  Groups require a 50% deposit at time of booking and must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
  • We cannot accomodate parties or gatherings without prior approval of management.

King and Queen Rooms (NOTE! we are undergoing a full property remodel late 2025 thru spring of 2026. There will be changes to the availability, decor and ammenities provided after 1/1/2026)
